ADDITIONAL INFO: Groups led by such notables as Tim Tucker (BASSMASTER Magazine), Robert Montgomery (BASSMASTER Magazine), Eric Montross (Toronto Raptors), West Coast Professionals Mike Folkestad, Randy Best, Jared Litner and Mark Hinson, “Hot Sauce Gel” manufacturer, Ron Buhler & son Cody and Western Outdoor News writer, Bill Rice, set the all time 2 week record for bass caught and released of 559 fish between 8 – 14 pounds. A group of 20 anglers fishing May 31 – June 4, that included 4 couples, amazed a remarkable count of 238 bass between 8 – 14 pounds. Bill & Anne Rice had 4 fish over 13 pounds with their 10 best topping 123 lbs. Bill said that, “this was the most incredible fishing I’ve seen in 30 years of angling”. Personally Bill had 5 fish at 58.1 pounds and 10 fish at 101.6 pounds. The big news was that his wife Anne now has the “Rice Family Record” at 13.8 pounds. JoAnn Babbidge in a single day had 10 fish at over 91 pounds.
